Day’s Almshouses

Built around 1828 these grade II listed almshouses are owned and managed by a local charity in Edgware, north London. Sarah was appointed to survey the condition of the windows and stonework and to prepare schemes of repair.  This included liaison with the local authority conservation officer to agree the works, as well as liaison with a specialist stone contractor.  The works were completed in 2020.  Sarah remains the quinquennial inspector for these properties.
